Renovation of a multi-residential development in Churchill, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the Owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for Propane Boiler Conversion and Electrical Upgrade as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The work is being done in Tundra Apartment at 33 Bernier Street, Churchill, Manitoba. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Performance Bond 50 % Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Question Deadline 02/04/2026 at 4:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online No. All questions must be submitted to the RFP Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform
