Improvements to the West High School Track site include: sawcutting the track asphalt 12 inches outside of the existing ACO Trench Drain for the entire limit of the North 'D' area; removing the existing trench drains and furnishing and installing a new ACO trench drain system—including protecting existing drain features from damage, with responsibility for repairs resulting from any damage during removal of surface pavement and structures; reconnecting the new system to the existing outfall pipes to ensure proper drainage; milling and removing the top course 12 inches beyond the repair area and repaving for track reconstruction. Bids are to be submitted by 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. A prebid meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10 am. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 at 1:00 PM ET
