As of February 20, 2026, the project was awarded to JH Rudolph, with an awarded amount of $317,432.40. The project consists of full depth pavement and subgrade removal, subbase prep, asphalt paving, and ADA ramp reconstruction including associated ADA curb & gutter replacement and sidewalk tie-in Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project title and the name and address of the bidder. Each bidder must deposit with their bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond in a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The contractor receiving the award shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and Payment Bond, if the contract is $200,000 or greater, in an amount at least equal to 100% of the contract amount and must be in full force and effect throughout the term of the construction project plus a period of twelve (12) months from the date of substantial completion. Each bidder must complete and submit with the bid Indiana Form 96 inclusive of Non-Collusion Affidavit, Standard Questionnaire, and Financial Statement and other required documents as required by Indiana law. A conditional or qualified bid will not be accepted. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
