Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Madison, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Chittenango Service Area at I-90, Milepost 266.3 Westbound in Madison County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $40,000.00. Bidders are responsible for obtaining their own hardcopies of plans and proposals. SDVOB goal is 3.00%, MBE goal is 8.00%, and WBE goal is 8.00%. Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address and will be opened publicly. Only RFIs received by NYSTA before 12:00 noon on Friday, February 27, 2026, will receive official responses, as to be determined by the Authority.
