Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The scope of work to be performed in general consists of, but not limited to, removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, drive approaches, ADA ramps and other related work. Question Deadline 01/28/2026 at 3:01 PM PT Questions regarding this Notice Inviting Sealed Bids shall be submitted on online. All written questions, if answered, will be answered in writing, conveyed to all interested Bidders, and posted through online. A total of (75) working days to complete the project. A Payment Bond and a Completion Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, will be required of the Contractor. In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has determined that Contractor shall possess any and all contractors licenses, in form and class as required by any and all applicable laws with respect to any and all of the work to be performed under this contract including, a Class "A" License (General Engineering Contractor) or Class "C-8" License (Concrete Contractor) in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor's License Law (California Business and Professions Code, Section 7000 et. seq.). The City of Rancho Cucamonga reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Any contract awarded will be let to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
