Sealed bids are requested for Project 2026-03 Microsurfacing in Various Townships in Boone County, Indiana. The work involves all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, and incidental requirements for completion of this project. Each proposal must include all required documents as listed in section 5.3 of the Instruction to Bidders, with identifying tabs on the following: Bidders Itemized Proposal and Declarations, Bid Bond, Standard Questionnaire, and Financial Statement. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to the Boone County Auditor, in the sum of 5% of the total amount of the proposal. Failure to execute the contract and furnish a performance bond within ten days of notification will result in forfeiture of the bid bond. All bids must comply with the stated minimum requirements and specifications. It is the bidder's responsibility to examine the specifications and conform to all requirements unless deviations are specifically cited and accepted. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project. Payments and costs of Contract Documents are non-refundable.
