Qualified contractors are requested to submit competitive bids to complete improvements at the Police Station, supporting organizational growth and enhancing the functionality of the existing facilities. The planned improvements include updated, reliable, and appropriately sized spaces to better serve the department's current and future operational needs. The project consists of the renovation of the police staff one (1) men's and one (1) women's locker rooms, with total of two (2) restroom spaces, and two (2) public restroom spaces and the renovation and expansion of the locker rooms for the Town of Palm Beach Police Department. The scope includes updating the restroom facilities and replacing the aging sanitary and domestic water piping throughout the building. The scope involves updating the restroom facilities and replacing aging sanitary and domestic water piping throughout the building. A video inspection of all piping below the building's slab foundation is required to assess pipe integrity and determine if pipe lining is feasible, to avoid modifying the existing slab. The project also includes enclosing portions of the existing exterior arcade for locker room expansion, requiring selective slab modifications, new masonry construction, exterior stucco application, and new interior MEP infrastructure to integrate the expanded area with the existing building systems. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire). Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria. The Town reserves the right to award based on the best interests of the Town, to accept or reject any and/or all bids, and to award on an all-or-none or line-by-line basis.
