Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The Town of South Palm Beach is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk services for the construction of a new town hall. The value of the Construction Manager-At-Risk contract, including the guaranteed maximum price, is estimated at $7,000,000.00. CPZ Architects has been hired as the architects for the project. Interested proposers are instructed to prepare and submit a proposal in accordance with the information and instructions provided, as well as to review the terms and conditions to be accepted as part of the contract performance. Plans, specifications, and construction documents are available for download from the Town's website.
