The Old Palm Community Development District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services. The selected engineering firm will serve as District Engineer and provide engineering services on a continuing basis. The scope of work includes planning, preparing reports and plans, surveying, designs and specifications, and construction administration for water management facilities, water, wastewater and irrigation facilities, bridges and/or culverts, roadways, landscaping, conservation and mitigation areas, and other public improvements and community facilities authorized by Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. Proposals are sought in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. The request for qualifications documents are available by request.
