The Town of Palm Beach is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appearance of hedges within a specified area at the Seaview Park Recreation Center. Hedges of various heights and types are located in common areas and adjacent to Town buildings. Submittal of bids is only accepted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website. Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held virtually. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the solicitation requirements and criteria. Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. The contract will begin at the start of the Town's 2027 fiscal year, with the first year ending on September 30, 2027, and includes four optional one-year renewals, based on satisfactory performance, budget authorization, and mutual agreement, for a maximum duration of five years. Any questions should be submitted through the software platform using the Messages/Vendor Discussion feature before the specified question deadline.
