Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Town of Palm Beach is requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids for the construction of the Mandel Recreation Center Fitness Room Flooring. The work includes removal of existing flooring, subfloor/surface preparation, and installation of new rubber flooring. Work is to be scheduled to start and finish between August 1-10. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth. Questions Due Date: Jun 2nd 2026, 4:00 PM EDT The Town reserves the right to award to the bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town and to accept or reject any and/or all bids, with prices quoted valid for ninety (90) days from the bid’s close. All communications regarding this solicitation shall be handled solely by Town Procurement Representatives.
