The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide roof inspection services for various facilities. The selected vendor will not provide any roof repair services under this contract; it is strictly for consulting and scope writing services only. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for multiple facilities with various roofing systems including asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, barrel, and concrete flat tile. The services required are inspections to identify roofing problems and issues that might require corrective measures before the integrity of the roof system is compromised. Bids must be submitted online via the designated eProcurement platform. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets all requirements and criteria. Prices must be valid for ninety (90) days from the bid closing. The contract will begin at the start of the Town's 2027 fiscal year with up to four (4) optional one-year renewals, for a potential maximum of five (5) years. Any questions must be submitted through the procurement software platform. Bidders are notified that the Town may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is responsible.
