The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is inviting qualified contractors with experience in at least three successful reglazing and painting projects on Tischler windows with a comparable number of openings to submit competitive bids to clean, remove silicon from glazing surfaces, reglaze, and paint windows at the Town Hall Building, located at 360 South County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire). Attendance at a mandatory site visit/pre-bid meeting at Town Hall is required for eligibility to submit a bid. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all requirements and criteria. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Prices must be valid for 90 days after bid closing. Questions must be submitted through the procurement platform. All communication must go through designated Town Procurement Representatives due to the Cone of Silence.
