Licensed and qualified contractors are invited to submit competitive bids to provide Tree Trimming & Pruning Services at various sites throughout the Town of Palm Beach, FL. Services must comply with American National Standards Institute (ANSI Z133-2017) and Palm Beach County Landscape Code 500-35, Number Four (4). The contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, labor, management, supervision, trucks, gas, oil, safety equipment, and any other materials and equipment needed to complete the specified work. Quantities and locations may vary from year to year. Estimates of current quantities are provided; the awarded contractor will invoice the Town for actual quantities. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the Town's designated eProcurement platform. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose submission meets the requirements and criteria set forth. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety (90) days from the bid closing. The contract term will begin at the start of the Town’s 2027 fiscal year with four (4) optional one-year renewals, based on satisfactory performance, budget authorization, and mutual agreement, for a potential total duration of five (5) years. Attendance at the virtual pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for clarification, but not mandatory. Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, prohibits the Town from requesting documentation of or considering a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining responsibility.
