Bids are sought from contractors prequalified via Town of Palm Beach to remodel the Firehouse Kitchen and Desk area at the Central Fire Station, located at 355 S County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. The goal of this renovation is to enhance the durability, sanitation, functionality, and ergonomics of the spaces while maintaining their existing footprints. All terms and conditions of RFQ No. 2024-31 apply to this solicitation. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), and attendance at a mandatory site visit is required for consideration. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets all requirements and criteria. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award on an all-or-none or line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety (90) days after close of the bid. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted through the designated software platform prior to the deadline for questions or RFIs. Pre-qualification requirements: Only contractors who were prequalified via Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2024-31 are eligible to submit bids for this project. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is also required for bid consideration. Bids from firms who did not have a representative at the mandatory site visit will not be considered for award.
