The Board of Trustees of the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District calls for bids for the Building 2400 & 3800 Demolition Project at Chabot College. Bids must be delivered to the attention of Ms. Marie Hampton, Manager of Purchasing and Warehouse Services, at the specified address prior to the deadline. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project's IFB Bid No. Delivery by USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS is not guaranteed before the deadline; bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery. Faxed or emailed bids are not accepted. Bids will be opened at the specified location and time. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk that bidders must attend in full and sign in on time to be eligible to bid. Bid documents will be available on the Purchasing website from the specified date.
