The Board of Trustees of the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District calls for bids for Lease Leaseback Delivery Services for the College Center Project at Chabot College. All pre-qualification applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant RFP number and project title. Bidders are responsible for ensuring delivery of their applications before the specified deadline. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted, and delivery by mail or courier services is not guaranteed. All proposal respondents must attend a mandatory pre-qualification conference. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any or all items of such bids. Contractors or subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The bid is also subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
