This project will provide all labor, equipment, material, permit fees, testing, inspection, transportation, and services necessary to complete all work as shown in all the Contract Documents. Work includes the shoring and trench support systems, imported structural fill, removal of unsuitable and surplus soils, extend grounding well, and coordination with the District for delivery and installation of District-furnished materials. The project site is located at 21130 Locust Way, Lynnwood, WA 98036, in Snohomish County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication. Do not submit questions via Public Purchase. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. Bids delivered by hand, fax, telephone, email or any postal carrier will not be accepted. Electronic submittals are limited to the documents specified in the RFP document and shall not include additional brochures, booklets or other sales material not specifically requested in the RFP. It is strongly recommended that responses are submitted 24 hours prior to the bid closing date and time. The District cannot guarantee internet access or verify if a bid has been successfully uploaded. The Public Purchase website will not allow bids to be uploaded after the due date and time established. Bidders accept all risks for uploading their quotation by the established due date and time. If a file is corrupt or damaged, and the District is unable to open it, the submission may be disqualified.
