Bid packages include: Demolition and Abatement, Exterior Cladding and WRB, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings and Panels, Painting, Coatings and Wall Coverings, Wood Flooring, Misc Specialties, Food Service Equipment, Athletic Equipment, Elevator, Fire Sprinklers, Earthwork and Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Misc Site Specialties, Fencing and Gates, Landscaping and Irrigation, and Artificial Field Turf. Bidders must pay special attention to Division 00 of the project specifications when preparing and submitting bids. For bid packages BP-10.1 Misc Specialties, BP-14.1 Elevator, and BP-32.2 Misc Site Specialties, the Owner will exclusively manage the bid process. For all bids equal to or exceeding $300,000, a Performance and Payment Bond and a 5% Bid Bond are required. Bidders may order documents or obtain plans and specifications from ARC with a refundable deposit. Bids must be submitted as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders, Section 002113.
