College Place Elementary and Middle School Replacement Project, Bid Set 1, includes the following bid packages: BP-03.1 Concrete, BP-05.1 Structure, and BP-14.1 Elevator. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified due date and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid is required for bids exceeding $300,000, and all bid packages $300,000 or greater require payment and performance bonds on the provided forms. Contractors must obtain plans and specifications as instructed, attend the pre-bid conference if desired, and comply with all public bidding rules. Trade Contractors must recognize and comply with Cornerstone’s labor agreement with the North Coast States Carpenters Union for any work claimed by the union. Bids not following the proper format, forms, or requirements cannot be accepted. Bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days. Cornerstone encourages bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including those who are small, minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged, veteran, disabled veteran, and HUBZone business enterprises.
