The services include preparation of: limited feasibility study, preliminary right of way plans, final right of way plans, and construction contract plans for: a pedestrian hybrid beacon at the intersection of Palisades Drive and North Dixie Drive, Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons at the intersections of: Yankee Street and Provincetown Road, Paragon Road & Pinecreek Drive, Paragon Road and Peachcreek Road, and sidewalk on the south side of Siebenthaler Avenue from Salem Avenue to Madison Avenue in Montgomery County, Ohio. The locations have been selected for ODOT HSIP funding to construct various pedestrian improvements. Sidewalk location and curb ramp locations will need to be determined during the feasibility study. For the Siebenthaler sidewalk portion, Montgomery County Engineer’s internal staff will provide raw survey data for base mapping purposes. No other survey data at other locations has been conducted. Montgomery County is soliciting letters of interest for surveying, engineering, and environmental services through development of construction contract plans and specifications.
