The project includes a General Construction Contract to perform the work associated with the Lobby and Conference Room Improvements at the Educational Services Center for St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES. Bids must be submitted as specified and addressed to St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES. Drawings and specifications are available at multiple locations and through Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Contract documents can be obtained either electronically for a non-refundable fee or in paper format upon deposit. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Any required shipping must be paid by the bidder. When requesting documents, provide the company name, business and shipping address, contact person, phone number, fax, email, and prime contract trade affiliation. Deposits for paper contract documents will be refunded in full if sets are returned in reusable condition within 30 days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of at least five percent of the base bid. Attention is called to employment conditions and wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty days after the bid opening. The Board also reserves the right to disqualify bidders for noncompliance with the instructions to bidders.
