Project is no longer needed.** Remodel of an existing server room into a Delivery Room, including minor drywall repair and repainting, removal of carpet flooring and installation of commercial grade delivery flooring, removal and installation of new interior door, removal of prefabricated wall in doorframe and installation of new exterior door, removal of current concrete slab and pouring of concrete to create a frost free slab with approximate dimensions of 10 ft by 32 ft, mounting of a server wall rack, and installation of a patch panel. Bidders must submit a PRIME CONTRACTOR (CONSTRUCTION MANAGER) RESPONSE REGISTRATION AND TAX IDENTIFICATION FORM to be considered. Pre-Qualification: Yes
