**As of March 26th 2026, the project was awarded to Knife River Corporation, with an awarded amount of $4,931,376.36** Sealed electronic bids will be received for Contract 26003 for construction on STATE PROJECT NO S.A.P. 053-604-018, S.A.P. 053-610-011, S.A.P. 053-621-009, and S.A.P. 053-621-010. The major quantities of work are approximately: 94,000 square yards of full depth reclamation, 99,000 square yards of stabilized full depth reclamation, 48,000 square yards of mill bituminous surface (1.5"), 23,000 tons of type SP 9.5 wearing course mix (3,C), and 92,000 linear feet of 6" solid line paint, together with removals, traffic control, erosion control, turf establishment, and all other related work. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission shall comply with the provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Auditor-Treasurer of Nobles County or a Corporate Bond made in favor of Nobles County for at least 5% of the amount bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive defects thereof.
