Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Chipley, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids in triplicate will be accepted for Shivers Park Pickleball. Contact Chipley Public Works for specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with Shivers Park Pickleball, identified by the Name of the Company, Name and Number of the Bid, and the Date and Time of Opening. Bids may be delivered by hand or mail to the City Clerks Office by the deadline. Late submittals will not be considered. No faxed, electronic, or oral bids will be accepted. A business license is required to engage in business within the city limits. No bid may be withdrawn for fifteen days after the scheduled closing time. Bid award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder, but the right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the construction of three (3) asphalt pickleball courts, associated fencing, striping, and net installation, as well as construction of an ADA asphalt parking area and a 6-foot-wide asphalt sidewalk.
