The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish firm-fixed pricing for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) on behalf of the School Board of Volusia County, Florida (herein referred to as the "District") on an as needed basis, in compliance of the E-Rate Program as administered by SLD (Schools and Libraries Division) of the USAC (Universal Service Administrative Company). The District is seeking Bids for the following Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment and components or their technical equivalent. The part numbers listed below are from APC (Schneider Electric); however, pursuant to E-Rate program rules, Bidders may propose any functional equivalent that meets or exceeds the technical specifications of the listed models. o APC SCL500RM1UNC o APC SMTL1000RM2UCNC o APC SMTL1500RM3UCNC o APC SRTL2K2RM1UNC o APC SRTL50RMBP1U-LI o APC SRTL3KRM1UNC o APC RBC55 o APC RBC7 EcoStruxure Licensing: The District currently has an operating EcoStruxure UPS monitoring environment. UPSs must come with a one (1) year EcoStruxure license (or Equivalent). Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Listing Requirement: UPS must have an Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Listing.
