Remodeling of an educational facility in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for replacing gym bleachers at Southwestern Middle. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid documents, including complete specifications, are available online. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check for 5 percent of the total bid. Bids are binding for 60 days from the opening or until School Board approval. The bid amount of the successful bidder, once approved, shall not be subject to change or withdrawal. All bids are subject to the provisions of the solicitation, as defined in FAC Document 631, Instructions to bidders. The School Board reserves the right to reject any one or more bids as provided by law. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders are required to hold a current Certificate of Prequalification issued by the School Board of Volusia County Florida at the time of the Bid opening.
