Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Mahwah, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project is for the Overlook Bridge Replacement at Ramapo College of New Jersey. Proposals must be made on the forms provided, in the manner prescribed, and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the Bidder and marked with the designated bid number. The successful bidder and subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Division of Revenue and the Department of Labor and Workforce Development's Division of Wage and Hour Compliance as required by the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bidders must also comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any minor, immaterial informalities or to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable contracting law. Questions regarding interpretation, clarification, or changes in the bid specifications must be directed in writing via email to Debi Elezovic, Contract Administrator/Procurement Specialist - delezovi@ramapo.edu no later than COB in Friday, February 6, 2026 at 2:00 P.M.
