Capital Improvements 2026 Bid Release #1 Trade Package 6a: General Trades Trade Package 8a: Aluminum, Glass and Glazing Trade Package 23a: HVAC Trade Package 26a: Electrical Sealed bids will be received for Capital Improvements 2026 for the following Trade Packages: General Trades, Aluminum/Glass/Glazing, HVAC, and Electrical. Lump sum bid proposals are required. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount, payable to the Board of Education. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the appropriate Trade Package Number. All bidders must comply with Illinois Law regarding prevailing wages, labor requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Successful bidders must provide insurance meeting specified conditions and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds including a Dual Obligee Rider.
