Site work for a civil project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000417201 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2394810.C14773826 Piggyback Contract No Bypass pumping of Lift Station # 10 located on Serenety Drive will be required to complete the work. Village of Wauconda (VOW) has capabilities to facilitate bypass pumping. Contractor will need to coordinate with VOW staff to schedule bypass with anticipated schedule. Contractor to remove three 8" check valves, two 8" plug valves, and one three-way plug valve along with associated piping required for replacement. Removed materials to be delivered to VOW for disposal. Contractor to furnish and install three 8" check valves and three 8" plug valves. Furnish and install one 6" plug valve on a bypass riser fitted with a 5" Storz connection with cap to be accessible from vault hatch without requiring entry to vault by personnel when utilized for future bypass pumping. Stainless steel hardware must be installed with all replacement items.
