Owner Representative for a county jail renovation from qualified construction firms for the renovation of the Harrison County Justice Center The overall cost of the project is approximately $20 Million for construction costs (hard and soft) and contingencies.The work on the remodeling of the Justice Center will begin as soon as conditions permit in the Spring of 2026. It is anticipated that the Owner's Representative will be expected to provide the following services, although a final decision on the scope of work will be made during the contract negotiation.. Provide onsite services Coordinate selected bid package, subcontractors, and consultants Monitor and enforce construction schedule Analyze, negotiate, and process change orders Prepare construction reports, minutes and schedules Develop and implement a quality assurance plan Maintain record document set Assist in substantial completion and final completion inspection and preparation of punch lists Process contractor payment applications Monitor contractor safety programs. Assist in reviewing and preparing close-out documents including, but not limited to: warranties, operating and maintenance manuals, schedule and coordinate Owner training of system components.. Manage transfer of building operation to Owner.
