Site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 01/28/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in the e-Procurement Portal. The City of Cambridge had purchased the Old Phils Tow building, located at 315 Webster Ave, in Cambridge. The building is approximately 427 square feet. Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC performed testing of the interior building components. Lead paint and asbestos was found, which will need to be remediated. Atlas will be monitoring the remediation work.
