Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this RFP via the City's e-Procurement Portal The undersigned hereby proposes to provide all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the NO VALUE for the City of Cambridge all in accordance with the attached specifications and following proposal schedule. One award will be made to the proposal deemed most advantageous for Year One. Agreements resulting from this request for proposal will contain Two(2) additional option years to renew at the sole discretion of the awarding authority. The introductory portion of the proposal must include a letter of Transmittal signed by the individual authorized to bind the proposer contractually. The letter must include: the name of the individual(s) who is/are authorized to negotiate and sign a contract on the proposer's behalf; the name, title, address and telephone number of the individual(s) who can supply additional information and a brief description of the overall services proposed. The signature of the authorized official (s) must be provided on all the proposal forms. Failure to answer any question, to complete any form, or to provide the documentation required will be deemed non-responsive and result in automatic rejection of the proposal unless the City determines that such failure constitutes a minor informality, as defined in Chapter 30B. The Cambridge Public Schools Department (CPSD) is seeking proposals to lease parking space for teachers and staff at the Baldwin School located at 85 Oxford St. Cambridge, MA 02138. The department is seeking a parcel of land of approximately 7,000 square feet.
