The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond of 50% for two years of the Final Contract Price. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the City of Lathrup Village, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder.
