Reference Number 0000410035 Bid Intent Not Available West Warwick Wastewater Treatment Facility Polymer System Upgrades Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Direct questions to James J. Geremia & Associates, Inc., telephone (401) 454-7000. Clarification requested by Bidders must be in writing no less than seven (7) calendar days before date set for receipt of Bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients. Bid Security, in the form identified within the Standard Instructions to Bidders, and in the amount of five (5) percent of the total Bid amount, must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, in the specific formats as attached herein, both for the full value of the Bid Price, along with all required insurance certificates, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the award date in order to execute a Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within one hundred twenty (120) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable to the Town. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 4:00 PM ET
