Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the construction of a 9,896-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
**As of March 20, 2026,project has been put on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** This will be bid as a Single Prime GC Bid Package All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to Wild Acres Lakes Property & Homeowner Association, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, along with all required items as indicated in the Bid Documents checklist. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the lowest responsible bidders at a later date along with all other required documentation. Question Deadline 02/16/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via online. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, WALPOA reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project is financed by Wild Acres Lakes Property & Homeowner Association. Construction is intended to start around July 2026, and shall be fully and finally completed and ready for occupancy on or before May 1, 2027 (10 months after start of construction). *Addendum #3 dated 2/12/2026 has been uploaded for the project and you will need to access it accordingly. Please note it includes but not limited to Civil drawings, Geo-tech report and an updated bid form. *Addendum #4 dated 2/19/2026 has been uploaded for the project along with updated RFI responses. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
