Additions and Renovations Morris Community High School Bid Group: 1 Bid Packages: A- Demolition, B- Concrete, C- Electric, D- Switchgear Procurement, E-Excavation, F- Asphalt, G- Site Utilities, H - General Trades All bids must be submitted in accordance with the bidding instructions contained in the Bidding Documents for the project. Bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. The bond shall be payable to the Morris Community High School District 101, 1000 Union Street, Morris, IL 60450. The successful bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, specifically including the payment of the applicable prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work under the contract. If during the time period of the work, the prevailing wage rates change, the contractor shall be responsible for additional costs without any change to the contract amount. All bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
