Renovation of an educational facility in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes an Electrical Construction Contract to perform the work associated with Phase 2 Mechanical/Electrical Improvements at the Educational Services Center for St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES. Sealed bids are required. Submit one copy of the Bid Form in a sealed envelope addressed to St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES, ATTN: Darin Saiff, District Superintendent / Executive Officer. Electronic contract documents may be downloaded for a non-refundable fee. Paper copies may be obtained with a deposit, and only complete sets will be issued. Deliveries of documents are available for an additional non-refundable fee. Details for obtaining and returning documents are specified. Deposits for returned documents in re-usable condition are refundable within 30 days after bid opening, while deposits are forfeited if not returned in that timeframe. Bid security in an amount not less than five percent of the Base Bid is required with each bid, in the specified form. Bidders must observe all employment and wage rate requirements specified. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and disqualify bidders for material failure to comply with the instructions. Bidders must supply their company information when requesting documents. Attendance at a pre-bid conference and walk-through is strongly recommended. The District follows a nondiscrimination policy in employment, programs, and services. As per ITB, A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, January 26th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Educational Services Center followed by a walk-through.
