Provide the material, equipment, tools and labor necessary for the rehabilitation of the Towers PRT Station on the WVU Engineering Campus in Morgantown, WV. West Virginia University is seeking bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for this rehabilitation project. Any explanation or clarification desired by a Bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of any part of this solicitation must be submitted in writing by an authorized representative of the Bidder through the Q&A Board Platform A - Install two (2) new, powered roll-up security gates at entrances - Repair concrete entry steps - Perform minor concrete repairs on platform surface. - Clean, repair, and refinish platform handrails - Apply slip resistant traffic coating on platform and entry step surfaces - Install surface-applied detectable warning system at each entry and exit berth (AlertTile) - Install platform lighting - Install new rubber flat roof and decking above steel lattice structure.
