Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices, and materials to perform plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning services throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District under a three-year Blanket Purchase Agreement. Work may include interior and exterior plumbing repairs and installation for potable and non-potable water and sewage systems, sewage lift station repairs and related electrical services, underground water and sewer line leak detection, trenching and excavation, cleaning and inspection of underground sewage lines, and repairs, servicing, and installation of natural gas, propane, electric, and fuel-oil water heaters. Work also includes heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning repairs, servicing, and installation, including forced air systems, overhead infrared systems, hot water boilers, unit heaters, heat pumps, mini-split systems, HVAC controls and thermostats, ductwork repairs, servicing, and installation, and ductwork cleaning. Services will support 22 navigation locks and dams, 16 multi-purpose flood-damage reduction reservoirs, a remote operations site, and a maintenance and repair facility in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, with possible work throughout the Lakes and Rivers Division. Individual BPA Calls will not exceed $35,000, with contractor-furnished materials limited to $15,000 per Call, and the BPA Master Dollar Limit is $500,000. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable technical, safety, and security requirements, as well as federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
