Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fountain City, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Limit : CTH G to CTH A The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 9.45 miles of STH 95 in Buffalo County. The anticipated design includes a 5 mill and a 5 HMA overlay. Additional work includes gravel shouldering, replace all beam guard, spot curb & gutter replacement, culvert cleaning, culvert endwall replacement, culvert replacement, scour repair, riprap, cattle pass removal, roadside clearing, edgeline rumble strips, and pavement marking. TPP/TLE Acquisition exhibits required for an estimated 5 TLE and 3 PLE parcels. Anticipated to be constructed under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations. Anticipated Construction Cost: $7,000,000-$7,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
