Sealed bids are invited for the Upper Perkiomen School District 2026 Low Stope Re-Roofing Project. Bids must be received by 11:00 am on Friday, February 13, 2026, and may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Director of Facilities and Operations at the Upper Perkiomen School District. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. A mandatory online Teams pre-bid meeting will be held, and there will also be a mandatory pre-bid conference starting at the High School, then proceeding to Hereford Elementary School, and finishing at the 4th and 5th Grade Center. The bulk samples were then submitted to EMSL Analytical, Inc. in Cinnaminson, NJ for analysis by polarized light microscopy (PLM). The results of PLM analysis indicate that HIGH SCHOOL ROOFS 18 CURB FLASHINGS & ROOFS 19 DOME ROOFING, and HEREFORD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF 14 CURBS & WALL FLASHINGS tested positive for asbestos containing regulated materials (ACRM). A copy of the Lab Report shall be provided to successful bidder upon request.
