Site work for a water / sewer project in Cloverport, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is awarded to GN Excavating & Trucking Corp but the awarded amount is not available Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Sand and Gravel Road Water Main Extension, including the installation of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 4 PVC Water Main and all related appurtenances as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids should be on a unit price basis as shown in the bid form. All bids must be submitted on the required bid form, fully completed and executed with original signatures and corporate seals. The bidder must be listed as a plan holder by the plan distributor. The sealed bid must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as a bid for the Sand and Gravel Road Water Main Extension for the City of Cloverport, Kentucky. A certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Cloverport in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany the bid. The owner reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject any or all bids for any reason. Question Deadline 02/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to echance@kyengr.com, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
