**As of Feb 3, 2022, the project is set to be awarded on on February 20, 2022 Board Meeting.** The Cloverport Independent School District will accept sealed bids in the Office of the Chief Finance Officer for Demolition, removal, and disposal of an older home Any interestedparties may attend. No immediate decisions will be made All removal must be completed by January 31, 2022 The Cloverport Independent School District invites you to submit a sealed bid for demolition, removal and disposal of one older house. The house will have some contents at the time of demolition. The house is located at 421 Poplar Street, Cloverport, KY. Two alternate bids will also be included - one for leveling the site for a parking lot and the second for fully installing a parking lot with rock. If you wish to only place one bid or just an alternate bid or all three bids, that is acceptable. You do not need to place a bid on the base bid of demolition of the house to bid on an alternate.
