Sealed proposals are being requested for the Lead Water Service Line Replacements project, IEPA FY 2026 IEPA Number L177543. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the project name labeled on the outside. All proposals must be completed on forms provided by the Engineer. A bid bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount must be included with each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the contract’s performance will be properly secured. A performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount, with approved sureties, is required for the faithful performance of the contract.
