Renovation of a fire / police facility in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of March 12, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 13, 2026** The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project as described in the Bid/Contract Documents. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Poulsbo Fire Department, in accordance with RCW 39.04.010. This project is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Law (RCW 39.12). The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable state laws, including RCW 39.08 (Performance and Payment Bonds) and RCW 60.28 (Retainage). The Poulsbo Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the public.
