There are no bid documents. ** The Project consists of demolishing all of the existing structure know as "The Trading Project". At this time, we are requesting the itemized fee proposal of a Construction Manager. After the construction manger is selected, then their responsibility will be to provide a guaranteed maximum price for the demolition of the entire structure. The County Offers must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid. The award of the contract shall be made on the basis of the lowest and/or best offer in the interest of the Casey County Hospital District. The successful Bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond for the total cost demolition.
