A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition including abatement 2. Renovations B. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts. See Section 011200 "Multiple Contract Summary" for a list of multiple contracts, a description of work included under each of the multiple contracts, and the responsibilities of Project coordinator. 1. General (GC) 2. Mechanical (HC / MC/ HVAC) 3. Electrical (EC) 4. Plumbing/Fire Protection (PC) 5. Other as determined or required by Owner. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction
