Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,283-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Reading School District is soliciting sealed bids for additions and renovations at the 12th & Marion Elementary School, located in the City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction. Prospective bidders must obtain Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA after paying a non-refundable fee. Bidders must supply the contract(s) they are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address with their request for documents. The Bidder Question Due Date is being extended by this Addendum to March 10th, 2026by 4pm all questions must be submitted in writing (email): a.
