The United States Forest Service Los Padres National Forest requires contracted support for an arborist certified assessment report and removal of a dying sycamore tree that has been deemed a threat to federal employee life, health and safety, located behind employee quarters near the USFS Rincon Station in the Santa Barbara Ranger District. All contractors interested in responding must have an active registration in SAM.gov with a current UEI number at the time of offer submittal. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. Offer submissions must include the solicitation number in the subject of the email(s) and contractor's name. Ensure all correspondence includes the solicitation number, the contractor's name, and correspondence purpose. Proposals must include all documents specified in Attachment 1. (12) Cutoff for Questions. 01/28/2026 no later than 1100 PT. Questions must be submitted via email to klenise.wallace@usda.gov and bradley.king@usda.gov to prevent response delays. All inquiries must include the solicitation number (Item 8 herein) in the subject of the email. (e.g. Questions, 127EAS25Q0001, ABC Company) (13) Site Visit.
